Apex tickets are managed here in one consistent service workflow.
Open the official system for authorization, claims, invoices, and routing.
Open the external site. Automatic intake is not connected through this shortcut.
Authorization, service job, claim, and invoice work.
Complete jobs and check pre-approval status.
Build or review a multi-stop route with tolls avoided.
Choose a date to review technician direction and workload.
Verified new-service emails create unassigned tickets. Verified Cinch cancellations attach a pending office review and never cancel a ticket automatically.
Checking receiver readiness…
Use Block email on unmatched emails. For future matches, choose Excluded → Exclude… → Block similar future emails, preview, and activate immediately. No waiting period.
Block email hides only that email and can be undone. Rules from blocked emails use an exact sender and a specific subject phrase. Verified intake jobs and Select assignments remain protected. Existing tickets, Part transaction records, and Gmail stay unchanged.Manage Apex tickets in a clear service sequence with next actions, completeness checks, and status safeguards.

Clear role boundaries protect customer and financial data.
Register a team email before the person requests a 6-digit code. Deactivating a user immediately ends active sessions.
Owner only · includes records and photos, not passwords. Store privately and validate the file before relying on it. Export when staff are not editing.
Download operations backupYour email session is verified. Create your private password to finish account setup.
Enter details in any order and save when ready. Existing customer information will be flagged for your confirmation; separate appliances and service requests are welcome.
Create a secure link, then open your phone’s text composer. Customer submissions update the ticket without exposing the full service record.
The 72-hour limit applies only to this upload link, not to your SMS conversation. Opening the link does not use it up; completing one submission does. If it expires or more photos are needed, create and send a new link. Existing ticket information stays saved.
Review this reminder before sending the ticket to office cancellation approval.
This does not cancel the ticket immediately. It changes the repair status to Waiting for Cancel (Pending).
Do not use FINISH TODAY'S VISIT for a customer cancellation. No visit record will be created or completed by this request.
The technician, schedule, visits, parts, Claim, Invoice, and Activity records will be preserved.
Ryan, Jenny, or CSR can approve cancellation. Every decision is recorded in Activity.
